I have been working in IT for almost two decades. I started as Software Engineer and I was helping in building one of the first polish banking systems.
​
Agile always appealed to me. I conducted my first Agile Transformation in 2009.
After holding various middle and senior engineering manager roles
I was appointed to the executive adventure.
Writing, public speaking and teaching are my biggest passions. I work with two the largest engineering Universities in Krakow and one of the largest in Poland.
